General Conditions of Sale and Use

Article n°1 : Conditions of application of our General Terms and Conditions. 

These general conditions of sale apply to any order placed on the site www.patawalures.com

These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, unless prior, express and written exemption. The site and its URL www.patawalures.com belong to the company www.patawalures.com, the name given in the paragraphs below www.patawalures.com therefore applies to our company.

www.patawalures.com reserves the right and the possibility to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the general conditions of sale in force will be applied to each order.

Any customer who has placed an order on www.patawalures.com is considered to have implicitly and without reservation accepted the general conditions of sale in force.

Article n°2 : Shop products 

www.patawalures.com strives with the greatest care to put online the relative information and the exact characteristics of all the products present in this store, the photographs illustrating the products are recognized as non-contractual but developed from our own productions (with the exception of general atmospheric photos of the Boutique).

However, www.patawalures.com declines all responsibility if an error or inaccuracy is noted when information relating to a product is posted online.

Each product is presented accompanied by a photograph and a description established by www.patawalures.com. The descriptions are intended to present to the customer the characteristics of our products before taking the final order and cannot engage the responsibility of www.patawalures.com

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the final product. By choosing a handmade product, the customer accepts that each piece is slightly different and therefore unique.

Article n°3 : Availability of products 

The products offered to the customer are those which appear in the catalog published on the site at the time of the order and within the limits of available stocks, subject to the proper functioning of the site.

Article n°4 : Products price

The prices of our products are expressed in € (euros) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC) and excluding shipping costs. Our prices may be changed by us at any time without notice. However, the products will always be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order, unless there is a computer error. As such, a price of 0 € for a product does not exist on our store and therefore will never be considered as a firm order. The amount of shipping costs is not taken into account in the calculation which opens rights to the promotional offer.

Article n°5 : Delivery/shipping

We deliver our products to mainland France and Overseas Territories, as well as to Europe and the rest of the world.

We pay particular attention to the packaging and products we ship to you. We place your order in a box and bubble letter. We have chosen to deliver to you the services Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD, DHL for the care given to packages during transport and the seriousness of these organizations.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

In the absence of the recipient, they will be informed by a notice to their home and must then collect their package according to the terms indicated on the notice.

Delivery costs are invoiced in addition to the price of the goods. Delivery rates depend on the carrier, destination, weight and volume of the package.

www.patawalures.com undertakes to ship orders placed on this site within 48 working hours.

If this is impossible (manufacturing, out of stock or other), the customer will be informed of the new deadline by email or telephone.

In the case of an order with multiple products, not necessarily allowing grouped shipping, www.patawalures.com then reserves the possibility of splitting shipments.

Delivery is made by Post, Colissimo, DHL to the delivery address indicated when ordering.

www.patawalures.com cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay attributable to our service provider, furthermore the state of road traffic and weather conditions may lead to delivery delays not attributable to www.patawalures.com

Any incorrect or missing, and necessary, mention in the delivery address and the identity of the customer releases www.patawalures.com from responsibility for delivery.

The customer is responsible for the information he duly completed when ordering (complete address, floor, door code, telephone number, etc.). www.patawalures.com cannot be held responsible for a return of delivery due to non-delivery of the package following incorrect instructions. If the package should be returned to us, or an address change due to this type of problem, the redelivery will be invoiced in full to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: orders indicating a post office box address cannot be taken into account.

Despite all the care we take to ensure the accuracy of our store's stocks, www.patawalures.com cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a product due to out of stock, unavailability, nor in any case force majeure, www.patawalures.com therefore declines all liability for any indirect damage: operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage, costs, etc.

Under no circumstances can www.patawalures.com be held responsible for any possible deterioration of the products due to their late withdrawal from the carrier.

Exceeding delivery times cannot give rise to damages.

Finally, if the product, under the responsibility of the carrier, has not been delivered, for any other cause linked to customs, strikes or damage or other cause of force majeure as defined by the courts, the sale may then be canceled and the customer will be able to obtain reimbursement of his price to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.

Article n°6 : Order

Placing an order on our site involves opening an account which includes entering two identifiers: an email address and the choice of a password, to be chosen when creating the account. These identifiers are and must be kept confidential. The right of access by the customer to the identifiers can be done upon simple request from customer service www.patawalures.com, who will only respond by email following the email box used on behalf of the customer.

To place an order, the customer undertakes to complete the order form with precision and rigor. As such, he undertakes to fully complete the various sections necessary for the proper processing of his order:

  1. Choice of product(s)
  2. Choice of billing address
  3. Choice of delivery date
  4. Choice of chosen payment method
  5. Validation of the order after verification
  6. Payment of the order under the stipulated conditions

www.patawalures.com will confirm the order and its payment:

  1. on the site, following payment
  2. by email, to the address indicated by the customer

www.patawalures.com reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of failure by the customer to fulfill one of its obligations, and more generally, to refuse any order that is abnormal or incomplete for any reason whatsoever. The order is only final after confirmation by www.patawalures.com will confirm acceptance of the order to the customer by, or where applicable, its refusal within 48 working hours following entry of the order on the site by the customer.

Article n°7 : Payment

Payment for products is made by VISA or MASTERCARD bank card, online from the site, by the Stripe or PayPal payment system contracted by www.patawalures.com

To be registered, the order must be paid in full. Unpaid orders cannot be shipped.

All orders will be taken into account and shipped after receipt of payment.

Article n°8 : Right of withdrawal 

<p">In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of his order

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting www.patawalures.com. We inform Customers that in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when purchasing :

  • The provision of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and the execution of which has begun after the express prior consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal;
  • The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;
  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
  • Supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
  • Supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
  • Supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
  • The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations on the market beyond the control of the professional;
  • Supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose execution has begun after express prior agreement of the Buyer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer. Returns of products must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.); If possible, they must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase.

Article n°9 : Out of stock and manufacturing delay

The products offered on the site are offered while stocks last. A product that becomes unavailable will, as soon as possible, be removed from the online product catalog.

However, in the event of a stock shortage, www.patawalures.com will contact the customer by email or telephone as soon as possible in order to agree with them:

  • to postpone delivery while awaiting restocking of this product, when possible.
  • to replace the product with another equivalent in price quality.

The customer must ensure compliance of the delivery with his order. To be taken into account, any complaint must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

The products must not be unpacked, returns must be made to our address, in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any refund or credit will be made within 21 days.

An email is then sent to the customer to notify them of the completion of this.

No reservations can be made by the customer on the quality of production.

Article n°11 : Quality of our products

We guarantee to the customer that our products are manufactured by us in our workshop and packaged according to strict quality rules, and in accordance with the standards in force in France.

The customer must, however, respect the rules for maintaining the product indicated by the seller.

Furthermore www.patawalures.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from the misuse of the products sold on the site.

Article n°12 : Force majeure and failure to perform a contract

www.patawalures.com cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded, in the event of force majeure, caused by a third party, the user, or its customers, as well as for problems arising from the technical. The case of force majeure suspends obligations: natural disasters, incidents, floods, lightning, electrical surges, strikes, interruptions of electrical supply, failures of the telecommunications network, civil or foreign wars, riots or popular movements, attacks, regulatory restrictions linked to the provision of telecommunications services, loss of connectivity due to public or private operators on which www.patawalures.com depends.

www.patawalures.com like all online sales sites, uses cookies. Acceptance of cookies is necessary for the use of www.patawalures.com. These small text files contain data essential for processing your orders. They do not contain any personal data.

Your payment details, in accordance with our secure payment policy, are not recorded on our servers nor known to any employee or internet provider of www.patawalures.com.

Article n°14 : Confidentiality rules

The texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the site www.patawalures.com are reserved for the world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private use subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the said code is authorized. Article n°15 : Applicable law and attribution of powers

These general conditions of sale are subject to the application of French law.

The court at the head office of www.patawalures.com has sole jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the application of these general conditions of sale without exclusion of any referral to www.patawalures.com of another competent jurisdiction.
